In the last decade at the latest, ETHICS has become a key determinant of internal | external politics, the leadership and in the management of organizations and companies. Finally, it became inevitable that the ethical control of development and interaction processes not only measurably increases employee motivation and esprit de corps, but also contributes significantly to increasing and strengthening productivity and creative performance.

In accordance with this qualifying meaning, the NOMOI INSTITUTE has set up a specialized department - the H E A D Ethics Advisory - to meet the significantly need for holistic and normative process control through ethical leadership of organizations and institutions. H E A D primarily follows the maxims and standards of human-centric responsibility and discourse ethics for the sustainable positioning of the autonomous subject and for the facilitation of free societal dialogues and verification processes.

The main focus is on the implementation of cognitive weighing reflection and decision-making processes for the ethical classification of strategic causes and consequences for internal | external management and governance processes. This essentially includes: planning and implementation procedures, forms of behavior and actions, internal | external communication and interaction, goal-mean and value evaluation, crisis management and conflict mediation.

The services of H E A D Ethics Advisory are to be used in particular in phases of change, innovation and transition processes in order to precisely identify individual and group-related transformation potentials, strategically to ensure its creative and expansive sustainable future viability.

The human-centric positioning of H E A D also results in specific deployments in central intermediate areas and conflict areas such as 'human and system', 'human and technology' (e.g. AI). The modeling of successful governance strategies, which is also specifically required in these scenarios, requires secure positioning through ethical judgment and legitimacy.

As a consequence of cognitive ethics advisory, H E A D also develops and organizes ethics advisory boards and commissions as well as corresponding personnel development for companies, associations and institutions - also intgerating the area of international cooperation. Within the framework of H E A D supervision procedures, ethics advisory boards are accompanied in order to facilitate and guarantee future-oriented public and market positioning as well as ethical normative orders of their clients. - On the functionality of an ethics (advisory) board:

An ethics board is an independent and diverse group of internal | external senior employees, experts, scientists from companies, organizations and/or institutions with the task of classifying general and current ethical and normative issues in business, culture, politics, science etc. and for the client's planning and decision-making processes, also to clarify ethical questions in the short and long term and to prepare normative recom-mendations for non-| action.

The decisive factor here is the guarantee of secure ethical knowledge and substantial power of judgment of the responsible management. This also includes identifying specific potentials of ethical conflict developments at an early stage, correlating them with societal etc. processes in relation to the organizational policy and generating sustainable security of non-| action in an essential and paradigmatic manner.

The respective consultation results and strategically relevant recommendations of the Ethics Board are to be communicated appropriately with the executives, and the possible consequences are to be incorporated into the strategic planning. It is also important to ensure that the client is positioned as an authority of normative order processing. In addition, an appropriate governance is to be developed for this.

For the purpose of control and actualization, an ethics board meets at least once every quarter of a year. An ethics board can also take on special measures such as development | revision of organizational policy guidelines, drafting of codes of conduct, processing of crisis and conflict solutions. Furthermore, social developments are to be kept under constant observation and addressed at an early stage [also in the sense of an early warning system].

In addition, an ethics advisory board can obtain specific expertise from third parties. Also national | international cooperation relationships are to be cultivated in order purposefully to integrate suitable interdisciplinary and intersocietal knowledge and experience as well as alternative or complementary horizons of reflection.
