With the beginning of the so-called Anthropocene (2000 at the latest), one can observe a civilizational decline, at least a clear change to growing anarchic egomania, and sometimes even a paralysis of social relationships and normative orders. The long-running de-transcendentalization due to the still essential secularization has revealed the deficit of transcendence and metaphysical inner guidance based on the individual human self. Therefore factual change processes can only be experienced as crises of lagging and | or misleading dynamics, the causes and the associated opportunities for transformation can usually not be perceived and benefited.
The challenges to be solved need to open the potential of inner leadership in order to initiate, communicate, and establish future-proof and sustainable normativity of legitimate orders through proactive learning, reflection, noumenal legitimation, and practice of integral governance processing. The focus is on the correlation of a transformative, apriori consciousness with a historical and an open future. In the current respective discourse, the determinants of the conceivable future are "known" and should be developed to feasible: the "normativity of the factual" is to be transformed into the facticity of the normative.
Fears, irritations, frustrations, nihilism etc. are to be turned in creative determination, are to be resolved in individually cognitive reflection and replaced by creative leadership of societally integral discourses. Here the self-governance | governing of free individuals and societies is a prerequisite in order to master the eternal process of pantha rhei | "becoming and passing away", to initiate innovation processes and to perpetuate them within the framework of legitimizing systems of rules with constant perception of normative variances. The mechanisms, operational functions, social relationships, institutions, and forms as basicly timeless conditions of reality are well known; their functional order is innovatively and resiliently to be prioritized, justified, and adapted to humans' adequately developing normativity.
